Serbia’s ICT Hub is a start-up hotspot, having been recently visited by a leading U.S. investment fund and accelerator, 500 Startups. The founders of this company as well as other company representatives visited ICT Hub in Belgrade for three days and discussed topics such as developing interest in a startup, market positioning, business growth, fundraising, and business development.

500 Startups consider Serbia a good place to invest, particularly given the country’s vibrant, well-educated, and hard-working young people. Marvin Liao, a partner at 500 Startups, was impressed by the talented entrepreneurs he met in the country with promising business ideas, noting the country’s potential as an ICT hotspot.
