Digital Inclusion Fund supports small businesses in Tijuana, Mexico

Tijuana’s Town Hall and the Mexican Economic Development Ministry (Sedeti in Spanish) delivered 56 tech kits to support entrepreneurs and small businesses for innovating in order to make their businesses grow. The technology equipment was delivered with resources from the local Digital Inclusion Fund.

So far, 105 businesses from the city have already received technical support and training with the purpose of increasing their sales and becoming more competitive within the market. The tech kits provided include a tablet with an application called Mi Negocio Digital (My Digital Business), a magnetic card reader and technical training to utilize the devices.
