Instant Schools Digital platforms provides learning opportunities to students in Ghana
Vodafone Ghana Foundation’s Instant Schools digital platform has been extended to several schools in Accra, the country’s capital city. About 15 Junior High Schools in the region are currently using the digital literacy platform that seeks to promote better education through the integration if ICTs in the students’ curriculum.
The Instant Schools portal provides free access to online learning contents for students of different levels and is free for Vodafone users. Additionally, from its role as a digital literacy training platform, it provides access to teaching materials such as textbooks that are sometimes difficult to acquire in certain regions. The service supports both students from the city and remote villages.
