@prende 2.0 interactive platform provides students from Veracruz, Mexico with digital skills
The Ministry of Education in Veracruz, Mexico launched its new “@prende: Digital Skills and Computer thinking. Education for the XXI century” platform to provide youth with tools to boost digital inclusion. This platform is part of a broader program that started operating last year throughout different regions of the country.
The program is intended to complement former efforts to provide devices and infrastructure for schools. The platform will be continuously updated with educational contents both for students and professors. More than 192,000 teachers will be able to access these courses to enhance the content of their classes and get their students involved in learning through technology tools.
