E3rafli is Vodafone’s new application for persons with visual impairments in Egypt

The new application “E3rafli” launched by Vodafone Egypt was designed to address the needs of users who have visual impairments. Through making its products more accessible, the company is able to reach a wider range of customers while promoting inclusive services for persons with disabilities.

E3rafli app identifies the value of Vodafone cards through their color and utilizes that information to charge credit for the users. It enables customers with vision disabilities to know the value of the product and use it for updating their plans. Some other functionalities include the recognition of digital cashiers and taxi meters by directing their mobile cameras to the selected items.
