Escuelas Conectadas Digital Inclusion program provides computers for schools’ staff and educators in San Martín, Argentina

San Martín district in Argentina provided computers and printers to educational institutions in order to enhance the management processes and communication, as well as the educational level of the children. The initiative is part of “Escuelas Conectadas” Digital Inclusion Program, which intends to enable schools to access internet in order to provide better services and teach personnel how to support the children to earn digital skills.

The initiative will also provide training for schools’ personnel to utilize the devices and be able to share this knowledge with teachers and students. It intends to promote equal access to connectivity and technology devices as a tool to enhance education, and generate spaces for exchanging ideas. Until now, the program has provided 329 computers in 145 schools from different neighborhoods.
