130,000 students to receive scholarships to work with emerging technologies
Google India announced a partnership with Pluralsight and Udacity, to provide scholarships to train 130,000 student developers digitally. Through this program, the organizations will better prepare students to work with emerging technologies such as mobile and web development, machine learning, advanced and virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and cloud platforms.
The scholarship follows-up on previous initiatives organized by the organization to improve digital skills among 210,000 students from the country, as well as a campaign coordinated with the Indian government to promote digital literacy for rural women in Gujarat region. It is expected that the curriculum provides participants with advanced skills to handle emerging technologies for the growth of the national market.
