The program was launched in Tourcoing, France, with the support of Pour la Solidarité, organization recognized for promoting social, cultural and professional inclusion.

The objectives of the project until May 2019, are to establish 10 additional accessible digital public spaces for persons with disabilities, generate around 50 courses and tutorials related to technology accessibility, collaborate in the development of assistive technologies for all users and create two websites.

INDI is co-financed by the European Fund of Regional Development and collaborates with non-governmental organizations, engineering colleges and public sector organizations.
