M-Enabling Summit 2018 brings organizations together to promote ICT accessibility

M-Enabling Summit is a yearly conference organized by E.J. Krause & Associates (EJK) and G3ict (United Nations Global Initiative for Inclusive ICT) to bring together policy makers, software developers, technology manufacturers and other organizations to promote accessible technology design for persons with disabilities and seniors. The next edition of the forum will take place in Düsseldorf, Germany on September 27, 2018.

The 2018 edition of the M-Enabling Summit will take place in parallel with the REHACARE independent living European forum for rehabilitation and care. According to Axel Leblois, President of G3ict, “With the European Accessibility Act poised to accelerate the adoption of accessible digital products and services across Europe, the timing of the M-Enabling Forum at REHACARE could not be better.” This type of initiatives not only increase awareness about the current limitations of universal digital technology adoption, but also incentivize industry stakeholders to generate services and products that address the needs of everyone.
