Young trainees graduate from ICT skills program in Nzema, Ghana

Ellenda Assembly Member: Hon Emmanuel Nvojo in the middle of the graduands

Trainees from the three districts of Nzema, Ghana, received completion certificates for participating in the E-Royals Information Technology Center training for young women and girls. The program consisted in an eight-month intensive training focused on enhancing local youth ICT skills in order to equip participants with tools to fit into the job market.

The program was organized by the Assembly Member of Ellenda electoral area, Hon Emmanuel Nvojo in collaboration with Pro-Link I.T. Participants learned about topics such as mobile phones repair, website design, networking and hardware, among other things. During the graduation ceremony, organizers recognized that knowledge in IT is necessary to not become alienated in the knowledge society.
