Paradigm Initiative offers digital skills, entrepreneurship and advocacy training in Africa
During the recent Internet Freedom Forum 2017, Paradigm Initiative Nigeria, an indigenous social enterprise, launched its new identity to expand its operations from Nigeria to additional geographical locations in Africa. This social enterprise provides under-served youth with digital skills to improve their livelihoods and advocates for their digital rights.
Some of its main programs include LIFE (acronym for Life Skills, ICT, Financial Readiness and Entrepreneurship), the Techtiary program for entrepreneurship skills and “Magoyi,” (“Advocate” in Hausa, an indigenous language from Nigeria) which combines digital literacy with an advocacy approach and will be expanded to the rest of Africa during the coming months.
