BeCode.org trains young developers in Belgium
BeCode.org is a Belgian coding school that seeks to train talented young developers for fulfilling the needs of the digital economy in Belgium. The organization provides coding school programs that are accessible to all focusing on computational thinking and motivation for students. Additionally, it provides individual support and guidance for future professional success.
BeCode.org is an initiative powered by Simplon and funded by private partners like Telenet,Orange and by the Digital Belgium Skills Fund of the national government. To get enrolled in their courses, there is a prerequisite of finishing 10 badges from the “HTML & CSS” course and 15 badges from the “Make a Website” course of the Codecademy free online platform. These requirements enable students to start learning with a minimum understanding of what a programming language is.
