Online digital literacy training to support young Pakistani entrepreneurs
DigiSkills and Virtual University launched a free online digital literacy training for students in Pakistan. The course is intended to support young entrepreneurs from the country to learn technology skills that enable them to grow their businesses and increase productivity. The level of instruction offered ranges from basic software knowledge related to email communications, Microsoft Office, and other capabilities such as using a printer.
The beginner-level course is currently available both in English and Urdu languages. Participants can not only improve their skills, but also refer the training in their resumes to showcase their skills. Access to productivity tools will support these entrepreneurs to extend the commercialization of their products to other regions abroad.
Enrollment for the course is open, even though the starting date remains to be announced.
